NCE SB5 EPROM Upgrade Chip

This will upgrade any SB3, SB3a or SB5 to the most recent firmware version of 1.65B

All throttles now have up to 6 recalls

Easy "memory" operation of the last thrown turnout

Support for Analog Fast Clocks
